All You Need
3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Greek One Step Seasoning *
3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil*
3 tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice *
4 large tomatoes, seeded and diced **
¾ cup (175 mL) feta cheese **
½ cup (125 mL) thinly sliced red onion **
1/3 cup (75 mL) pitted kalamata (Greek) olives **
All You Do
Dressing: Combine all ingredients*. Mix well; let stand 20 minutes.
Salad: Combine all ingredients** in large bowl. Add dressing. Mix well.
