Sweet & Sour Slow Cooker Ribs

All You Need
1 pkg (42 g) Club House Slow Cooker Mild BBQ Rib Seasoning
1 cup (250 mL) packed brown sugar
¼ cup (50 mL) all purpose flour
1 cup (250 mL) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/3 cup (75 mL) white vinegar
¼ cup (50 mL) orange juice or water
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh minced gingerroot
3 ½ lbs (1750 g) pork baby back or side ribs
All You Do
Combine first 7 ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Cut ribs into serving size pieces and place half of them in a 5-quart (5 L) slow cooker. Pour half of sauce over ribs. Place remaining ribs on top and cover with remaining sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
To serve, transfer ribs to serving platter. Drain any fat off the sauce then pour over the ribs.
