All You Need
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Tex Mex One Step Seasoning
All You Do
Thinly slice potatoes. Toss with olive oil to coat. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes. Turn slices over. Sprinkle with Club House Tex Mex One Step Seasoning. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until crisp.
