All You Need
1 lb (500 g) boneless stewing beef, cut into 1.5 inch cubes
1 398 mL diced tomatoes with juice
1 cup (250 mL) 1.5 inch (1 cm) cubed potatoes
1 cup (250 mL) 1.5 inch (1 cm) carrots
1 cup (250 mL) frozen cut green beans
½ cup (125 mL) onion, chopped
1 Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup Starter
3 cups (750 mL) water
All You Do
1. Place beef, tomatoes and vegetables into slow cooker.
2. combine seasoning mix and water. Pour over meat and vegetables. Stir together.
3. Cover. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
4. Stir before serving.
