All You Need
1 lb (500 g) ground beef
1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Prepared Minced Garlic
½ cup (125 mL) each chopped onion, green and red bell pepper
1 ½ cups (375 mL) water
5 ½ fl oz (165 mL) tomato paste
1 package (37 g) Club House Sloppy Joes Seasoning Mix
4 soft flour tortillas (10 inch/25 cm)
½ cup (125 mL) shredded cheddar cheese
All You Do
In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, garlic, onion and bell peppers. Drain off fat.
Stir in water, tomato paste and Sloppy Joes Seasoning Mix.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Place 1/4 of mixture into centre of each tortilla.
Top with 2 tbsp (30 mL) cheddar cheese. Fold in ends and roll.
Broil or grill until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Slice in half on the diagonal to serve.
