All You Need

¼ cup (50 mL) orange marmalade
3 tbsp (45 mL) maple syrup
2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Steakhouse Pepper One Step Seasoning
1 lb (500 g) pork tenderloin

All You Do

Combine marmalade, syrup and Club House Steakhouse Pepper One Step Seasoning in plastic bag. Add pork. Seal and let stand 1 hour. Put meat in shallow baking pan. Spoon sauce on top. Bake in preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 155°F (68°C). Cover with foil and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
