All You Need

4 large ripe tomatoes, diced
1 small red onion, chopped
3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Cajun One Step Seasoning
2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil

All You Do

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and let stand at least 1 hour for flavours to blend. Store in refrigerator.
