All You Need
4 medium potatoes
¼ cup (50 mL) butter, melted
3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Parmesan & Herbs One Step Seasoning
All You Do
Cut thin slices across top of potato almost to the bottom but not quite through. Brush melted butter on top and between the slices.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes. Rebrush potatoes with butter in the pan. Sprinkle Club House Parmesan & Herbs One Step Seasoning on top.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
Tip:
· You don’t need baking potatoes for this recipe. Regular white or red new potatoes or Yukon Gold all work well.
